Plan-led landscape design for private plots in Kyiv and the region: a measured site read, a scaled planting plan, and a schedule of area, sun hours and water needs.

Before a single planting line is drawn we record what the plot already does. Light is logged hour by hour across the season, soil is sampled for texture and pH, water is traced to where it sits after heavy rain, and every existing tree and shrub is surveyed for condition and root spread. The findings sit on one drawing, keyed 01 to 04, and they set the budget for everything that follows.

Values follow the site read for a south-west facing plot near Kyiv and serve 412 m² of mixed border. Counts exclude a 5% replacement allowance.

4 phases / 6–14 weeks
We measure levels, soil structure, drainage and sun hours across the plot, then hand you a scaled base drawing of what is already there.
One direction, fully drawn: hardscape geometry, lawn area in square metres, seating zones and sightlines from the house.
Species chosen for the Kyiv climate, listed by Latin name with mature height, spread, light and water needs, plus quantities for ordering.
We work with the contractor through setting out, paving, irrigation and planting, then return twice in the first season to check establishment.
04 — Evidence, sheets 04a and 04b at 1:100
Both plans share a frame and a scale bar, so the change in planted area, sun hours and water demand reads by comparison rather than by description.
